Commercial Training Officer

I joined the Ambulance Service 20 years ago, working frontline and with the Patient Transport Service. I also teach and have been doing so for just over 30 years, doing so full-time since joining the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust in 2018. The variety of my weeks are fantastic! My favourite courses to deliver are the First Aid at Work courses, Falls Intervention, Enhanced First Aid Medics and teaching some community-based Basic Life Support courses.



I am blessed to do something I am passionate about. I endeavour to deliver courses that are informative, interactive, and fun. At the same time, I focus on being relaxed and positive so that once the course ends, those attending the sessions feel confident in their new skills to assist someone in their hour of need. Outside of work, I love walking my dog alongside my husband. I learnt to play golf before the COVID- 19 pandemic and I love to bake, which normally involves something chocolatey!
