First Aid at Work

This course is for nominated first aiders in high-risk workplaces, or anyone who requires an in-depth, comprehensive first aid course. This qualification is valid for 3 years with half-day annual refresher courses strongly advised.

This course is designed for those who have undertaken a Level 3 First Aid at Work course in the last 3 years.


How long is this course valid? 

This course needs to be completed within 3 years of achieving your Leel 3 First Aid at Work qualification. The certificate is valid for 3 years.


How long is the course?

18 hours.

Are there any assessments on this course? 

Yes, 3 Multiple Choice Questionnaires and 5 practical assessments.


How old do I have to be to go on the course?

16+ years of age

Do I need to bring anything with me on the day?

It is a good idea to wear comfortable clothing. We will provide all kit required. Refreshments are not routinely provided by TrainEEAST when delivering in your own premises. You may wish to bring a pen and paper.


If I fail an assessment, can I do it again?

Yes, you have 10 weeks within which to pass all the assessments.
