Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a course which will teach you how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health problem as well as skills to take care of your own wellbeing.

Our experienced tutors can create industry-specific scenarios which will reinforce learning and bring courses to life. You do not need any prior knowledge to join us on a course. You will be provided with an MHFA manual, workbook and a line managers’ resource book where required.

Our half-day courses help you to become mental health aware, the 1 day course allows you to become a mental health champion and the two day course teaches you to become a Mental Health First Aider.
